Pets Live Remastered is for everyone 13 and older. These rules keep it friendly. They apply to everything you write: comments, replies, broadcasts, chat messages, your motto and your names. They are part of the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy explains what happens to what you post.

Be kind

Battles, bounties and rivalries are part of the game. Being cruel to people is not. Treat other trainers the way you want to be treated.

No hate or harassment

  • No hate: nothing that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits.
  • No threats or bullying, and don't target a player again and again, for example with many comments, bounties or extra accounts.
  • Never encourage anyone to hurt themselves or others.

No spam

Don't flood walls, broadcasts or the chat with the same message, ads, links or chain messages. Sharing your team code is fine. Posting it over and over on other players' walls or in the chat is spam.

Keep it clean

  • No sexual content, and nothing gory or shocking.
  • No personal information: don't post anyone's real name, address, phone number, email, photos or social media accounts. That includes your own.
  • Don't pretend to be an admin, Storm8 or another player.
  • Nothing illegal.

Play fair

No bots, scripts or exploits, and no extra accounts to grow your team, farm coins or harass someone. Don't use extra accounts, or friends who lose on purpose, to win battles for the monthly leaderboard: winners who did can lose their place and be banned. See Fair play in the Terms of Use.

Names and mottos

Names and mottos follow the same rules. They can't be offensive, hateful or sexual, and they can't pretend to be someone else, such as an admin. Names that pretend to be staff (with words like admin, moderator, staff or official) are not allowed: the game refuses them when you sign up or change your name.

The automatic filter

An automatic filter checks everything you write before it is posted. It hides mild swear words with asterisks (****). It refuses links, emails, phone numbers, slurs, hate and sexual words, and it refuses names with words like that.

It can make mistakes. If it misses something, report it. If it refuses something harmless, say it another way. Don't try to get around it, for example with spaces or symbols between letters: that breaks these rules even when the filter misses it.

The chat

  • Every player with the chat pass can read the chat, so write as if everyone is listening.
  • No links and no contact details, such as emails or phone numbers: the game refuses them.
  • No flooding: don't send many messages in a row or the same message again and again. The game makes you wait between messages and refuses repeats.
  • Slurs, hate and sexual words are refused, and mild swear words are hidden (****).
  • Admins can delete chat messages and mute a player in the chat for 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days or for good. A muted player can still read the chat.

How to report

  • A comment or a reply: tap Report under it.
  • A chat message: tap Report under it.
  • A motto: tap the flag next to it on the player's profile.
  • A name: tap the flag next to the name on the player's profile.
  • On your own wall, you can remove any comment with Delete.
  • Anything else, or anything urgent: email luiscavanillas@hotmail.com.

An admin reviews every report. The player you report is not told who reported them.

Ignore a player

If a player bothers you, ignore them: tap the Ignore button next to their name on their profile, or Ignore under their message in the chat. You stop seeing their chat messages, comments, replies and team broadcasts, and on your wall nobody sees theirs. Neither of you can comment on the other's wall or reply to the other's comments. You can stop ignoring them at any time, on their profile or on the Ignored players page.

Ignoring someone doesn't report them. If they break these rules, report them too. Admins can't be ignored.

What admins can do

Admins can delete comments and chat messages, mute players in the chat, clear mottos, give a player a new trainer name and ban accounts. A banned player can't log in, and their messages are hidden. Admins decide case by case. If you think a decision was wrong, email luiscavanillas@hotmail.com.

Admins can also change any account's game data, such as coins, levels, pets and habitats, to fix problems or run events. Their names are red, with an ADMIN tag before them, so you always know who is staff. They don't compete: they are not on the leaderboards, never win their rewards, and can't be battled or given bounties.
